Description
This magnificent late Qajar Dynasty finely chased and engraved silver frame is heavily decorated and inscribed with familiar Persian courtly scenes such as the court of the Safavid Dynasty King or Shah ABBAS and marked at the workshop of the very famous and very much sort after silver master and retailer of Amali Jaffar (عمل جعفر), Jaffer work was at the historical and the Safavid Dynasty Capital of Persia or Iran-the city of Isfahan.
The Frame has a 19th. century European engraving depicting the late Albanian Ottoman-Vizier of Tepelena and Epirus, Ali Pacha or Pasha of Ioannina whom he had a high degree of autonomy from the Ottoman Empire.
